Shipping Methods:

  • Standard Shipping: Available for all orders.
  • Expedited Shipping: Offered at an additional cost, selectable during checkout.
  • Free Shipping: Applicable only to bundle purchases.

Processing Time and Shipping Duration:

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Domestic Shipping (UK): Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days after processing.
  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-15 business days after processing.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
  • Tracking information can be accessed through the carrier's website.

Shipping Costs:

  • Domestic (UK): Flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout.
  • International: Shipping fees vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, A.P.O., or F.P.O. addresses.
  • Certain items classified as hazardous materials (e.g., aerosols, flammable products) are restricted from air transport and can only be shipped via ground services within the UK.

Damaged or Lost Shipments:

  • If your shipment arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at customerservice@glowmali.com with photographic evidence.
  • For lost shipments, please reach out to us if tracking information indicates non-delivery 7 days past the expected delivery date.
  • We reserve the right to determine eligibility for replacements or refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Delivery Issues:

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping information.
  • Glowmali is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Reshipment fees due to address errors or unclaimed packages are the customer's responsibility.

International Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

Returns and Exchanges:

  • To initiate a return or exchange, contact customerservice@glowmali.com within 14 days of receipt.
  • Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations:

  • Cancellation Window: To cancel your order, please email us at customerservice@glowmali.com within 1 hour of placing your order.
  • Required Information: Include your full name, order number, reason for cancellation, and payment method in your email.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 10 working days from the date your cancellation is confirmed.
